Backed by an exclusive receivables investment fund (FIDC), it offers three services: Guaranteed Revenue, which deposits 100% of collections on a fixed date; Historical Delinquency, which buys old debt and pays up front; and Revenue Advance Financing, which advances up to 60 months of fees for building works.

Our origin
How it all
began.
For a long time, condominiums were forgotten by the financial market. Little on offer, a lot of red tape and almost no chance of real growth.
